Terms & Conditions
RP Delivers — a RATHNA Products Service

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid government-issued ID, and reside within a serviceable area to register as a delivery partner on RP Delivers. By signing up you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate.
2. Delivery Partner Responsibilities
As a delivery partner you agree to: (a) handle all RATHNA Products orders with care and deliver them in the original, undamaged condition; (b) carry valid identification during every delivery; (c) provide accurate live-location access when on duty; (d) communicate promptly with customers if a delay occurs; (e) not misuse customer contact information for any purpose other than the delivery.
3. Earnings & Payments
Earnings are credited to your RP Delivers wallet after each successfully completed delivery. Withdrawal requests are processed within 2–5 business days to your registered bank account or UPI ID. RATHNA Products reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of disputes, fraud, or confirmed order damage.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
You may accept or decline any order shown to you. Once accepted, cancellation without a valid reason may result in a temporary suspension of order visibility. Repeated cancellations after acceptance can lead to account suspension.
5. KYC Verification
To activate full earning privileges and withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of your Aadhaar card, PAN card, and a live selfie holding your document. KYC is reviewed by RATHNA admin within 24–48 hours. Withdrawals are not processed until KYC is verified.
6. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. RATHNA Products will never ask for your password via phone or message. Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately to our support team.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: (a) create multiple accounts; (b) use the platform to deliver non-RATHNA goods; (c) manipulate earnings or order records; (d) harass customers or RATHNA staff; (e) use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform. Violation of any of these will result in immediate account termination.
8. Privacy & Data
Your personal information including name, phone number, address, and KYC documents are stored securely and used exclusively for operating the RP Delivers service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Location data is collected only while you are actively on a delivery.
9. Termination
RATHNA Products reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to customers or the brand. Pending earnings at the time of termination will be withheld pending investigation.
10. Amendments
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the RP Delivers platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. You will be notified of significant changes via the app.
